Refund
This policy applies to 免許の試練 Pro licenses bought by Credit card prepayment and to Monthly bank transfer invoices from SAHO Inc.
In principle, no refunds are given for purchased licenses or for students already activated. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges and cases where the law requires a refund are exceptions and will be handled. Unused licenses do not expire.
An organization can stop using the service at any time. After stopping, invoices for months used under Monthly bank transfer are still payable, and unused licenses and activated students are not refunded.
For duplicate or incorrect charges, contact support@saho.jp with your organization name and the charge details.
