1. Service

免許の試練 Pro is a cloud-based SaaS for Japanese driving schools, instructors, and examiners. The service may include student management, instructor management, scheduling, online learning, reporting, and billing-related functions.

2. Accounts and authorized use

Customer organizations are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring that staff users access only information needed for their role.

3. Fees and payment

JPY 980 per student (excluding tax), JPY 1,078 including 10% consumption tax. Each student activation uses one license. Registration and staff accounts are free. Current pricing covers student licenses only, with no monthly base fee or staff seat fee. Discounts may apply per organization (the discounted unit price is shown in the admin console and on invoices). Each organization uses one settlement method, set by SAHO at approval (driving schools normally use Monthly bank transfer; independent instructors normally use Credit card prepayment). Contact SAHO to change it. Credit card prepayment: buy licenses with Stripe in the admin console, 1 to 1,000 students per purchase. Licenses are added automatically once the payment is confirmed (this may take a few minutes). Licenses do not expire. Monthly bank transfer: activations in a month are totaled at the end of the month and invoiced on the 1st of the following month. Payment is due on the 20th of the following month (the next bank business day if that day is a bank holiday). Bank transfer fees are paid by the customer. Each organization has a monthly limit. If a monthly invoice is not paid in full by its due date, issuing new monthly codes and activating unused monthly codes are suspended until full payment is confirmed. Credit card prepayment codes and students already activated are not affected. Free trial: with Monthly bank transfer, a driving school's first 20 student activations are free (shown as a free trial on the invoice). Independent instructors and Credit card prepayment are not eligible. There are no automatic recurring charges (Credit card prepayment is bought as needed; Monthly bank transfer bills only the months used). See the pricing page and the Commercial Disclosure.

4. Eligible buyers

We sell only to individuals or corporations in Japan (the service is for driving schools and driving instructors).

5. Stopping use and refunds

An organization can stop using the service at any time. After stopping, invoices for months used under Monthly bank transfer are still payable, and unused licenses and activated students are not refunded. In principle, no refunds are given for purchased licenses or for students already activated. Duplicate charges, incorrect charges and cases where the law requires a refund are exceptions and will be handled. Unused licenses do not expire.

6. Customer data

Customer data remains the customer organization's responsibility. SAHO Inc. handles Personal Information according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

7. Service changes

SAHO Inc. may improve or change features, provided that material customer commitments are handled according to the applicable contract or advance notice.
